This was our first new build. It developed into a larger home than intended so not particularly a "Starter home". It turned out to be pretty nice, though.
Millcreek is a 2,000 addition and 1,700 renovation. We maintained the craftsman look but ended up with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Check it out:
